How we make money

Advertising disclosure: we are an independent information service that may earn commission from some operators. Here is exactly how that works.

Updated 27 October 2026

In short. Right now GamCasual does not earn commission from any link on this site. Links to operators are plain links. If we add commission links, they will be labelled, tagged rel="sponsored" and will not affect any score or ranking.

Our funding model

GamCasual is a publisher. In future it may earn a fee when a reader follows a link to an operator and becomes a customer (an affiliate or referral arrangement). Where that happens we will say so on the page, not only here.

What commission does not do

  • It does not change the licence check. A brand is eligible only with an active UK Gambling Commission remote casino licence.
  • It does not change a score or a ranking position. Scores come from the published method.
  • It does not stop us from showing regulatory actions, caveats or cons.
  • It does not buy a review. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage.

How links are labelled

Outbound links to operators open in a new tab. Where a link earns commission it will carry the rel="sponsored" attribute and the pages containing it will carry an "Advertising" notice near the top. Offers appear with the minimum deposit, key terms, 18+ marking and the date we checked them.

Advertising standards

We follow the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code), the Gambling Commission's licence conditions and codes of practice for marketing, and the Advertising Standards Authority's guidance on gambling. That means:

  • No content aimed at, or likely to appeal strongly to, under-18s.
  • No claims of guaranteed or easy winnings, and no "risk free" language.
  • "Free" is used only where nothing needs to be paid or deposited.
  • Significant conditions are stated next to the offer.
  • Safer-gambling information on every page.

Complaints about advertising
